Well howdy after all this time. Have recently been inspired to get back on my blogger horse as I am now connected to my own web space - www.rachelwelch.com. Now if you wanna find me, that's all you need to type. Ain't life grand? Mucho thanks to Tall Boy for the generous prezzie. (Yes, it was just recently my birthday - 23, whoop!)
Had a rather fantabulous Saturday Night - I take a bow to the gallant contributions of Little Voice, Tall Boy, Little Blond 'Un, and Ma Babol to my drunkeness.
Poptastic hurrah - live forever!
Sunday however... not fun.
Hmmm - so other news:
New Foreign Flatmate, who frequently complains how cold it is - that is getting vaguely annoying.
Baldy now has a steady new girlfriend, who used to be an Page 3 model. Should have seen the indignation on Blondie's face when she heard about that one! Baldy's Bird however is very nice and am so far getting on with her really well - never judge a page by its cover people!
On a catch up note - I did get on the course at Soho Theatre and I start tonight. Terrified, yes, but also rather giddy.
Living with Babol is proving scarily perfect - I guess that means we're stuck with one another. I'm sure we should be arguing more. We are the shame of the Bitter Single Parade.
On the general comments front: The press suck. I know this is fairly common knowledge, but realised their impact the other day when my Grand-dad called my Dad and insist he come and get me from London immediately because it wasn't safe there for me. When you think of the older generation who only have TV for their outlet to the world, it makes me cross how the press are blatantly scare-mongering - they get their heads filled with it every day!
Personally, am bored with the war stuff - we either will or we won't, but I wish they would get on with it and make up their minds which way it's gonna be. This dilly-dallying in the middle is just getting pathetic. Tony Blair. There's a man who needs a swift kick in the ass. Any volunteers....?
