So, Tony Blair's new campaign apparently involves more emphasis on anti-social behaviour and dealing with it effectively.
What's the first thing he backs in accordance with this?
Bluewater shopping centre's ban on youths wearing baseball caps and hoodies.
Genius. Truly. Remove the cap of power and all the problems clearly go away. Finally, our youth will be free of the evil influence of baseball caps, which have been whispering in their ears and plotting society's downfall.
