Well, the Cheesy one is off to Edinburgh after all - leaving me to sulk and mope around the flat for a month. Booooooo. Still, one must seize these opportunities to write and learn yoga without distractions. Pah - more like waste time cooking for one and watching too much shit TV untaunted for my taste. That's if his time in Brighton was anything to go by. Still, I shall make resolutions to definitely try harder this time. Good news is I can visit (what's a year without a visit to the Edinburgh Fringe!) - and even if he's very busy I know Edinburgh well enough to mooch around and keep myself entertained - it's a great city to wander around.

Am off home this weekend to help out in whatever way possible with the upcoming One Act Plays (see poster below). Mostly rooting out costumes and props a running lines with Tom, who has a troublesome habit of not learning lines - since he and Rach only have two days to get it all perfect next week, he needs to know them! Anyway, basically I'm going up there to be Bron's bitch and let her get on with the proper work. Apparently rehearsals are looking good though. Apart from having trouble getting on and off the sofa, the oldies from Birthday Greeting are really taking to it, and the youngsters involved have some excellent scenes which apparently are rather something to behold. Limbs everywhere! Caught some stuff from Waking the other week and it looks like it'll be great - as long as they both get their lines sorted. And Bron is meeting with Mike and KT this week for Keeping Annabelle - both are pros, so not to be worried about.

And then next week is the show! Get your arses to Chorley and go see it!
