What?! I've been busy! Edinburgh was fantabulous. Brendon Burns as wickedly amusing as ever, a second part to a show I saw a few years back was also very good, but doesn't stand alone as much as it claims. Madam I'm Adam was genius, as were the shows Adolf and Bacon (same actor). I'm sure at some point I'll elaborate on them more but right now I'm just playing catch up. Came home and spent a depressed week working hard and pining for my man. Nice BBQ on the Saturday to see off an old work colleague of mine who's about to start a job in Prague. Nice. Actually, it was a really nice evening. It's been ages since I've just hung out at a friends house - just had a laugh and stayed over and all that gumph. Not since University really. So that was cool. Other than that, this week has been work, work, work (with all other hours being devoted to Cheesy reunion time - ahem). My hours are long again, and since I spend all of them staring at a computer screen, my mine desire does not involve a computer in my evenings. Job has been really good so far - too much food on supply though. Sitting for 11 hours straight and eating a whole load of food is gonna get me fat real quick. No good at all. Yummy though. Anyway, I'm pining again now, cause Cheesy has gone off on his canal boat thingy with the boys. (Don't ask - I can only assume it's some weird male-bonding-nature thing). So I shall sulk a while. Weekend plans have gone a little up creek too, as me Granny went and broke her hip, so I'm off a-visiting. She's gonna be fine, we think - though her drugged up deliriums are apparently something to behold. To be honest, most things Granny says are something to behold.
